Conwy Falls Bat Box Scheme

The Snowdonia Mammal Group has 4 bat box schemes on the go and Sam Dyer, aided and abetted by 2 students, checked the boxes on 8th May. Lesser Horseshoes and Soprano Pipistrelles were found but the most impressive sight was the team of 11 Brown Long-eared Bats in a huddle – all elbows and knees.
